Board-Ups
When a residential or commercial property sustains damage due to fire, flooding, weather-related events, accidents, vandalism, etc., your property must be secured to avoid further damage and or losses. Whether your property sustained damage during a fire or subsequent damage caused by firefighters breaking down doors and or windows to help control the blaze, the local ordinance will require you to board-up these areas immediately to meet local safety protocols. Fire officials are also not allowed to leave the scene until the property is fully secured. Additionally, securing your property is required by your insurance company, and not doing so can put you at risk of having your claim denied. Therefore, boarding up your property immediately and effectively is imperative in protecting your financial interests.
This is where Cipco Comes in. We pride ourselves on offering unmatched response time to all of our customers.
Our goal is to quickly board up your property to prevent access by unwanted guests, animals, or weather-related elements. We will inspect and board up all access points including windows, walls, and doorways that are compromised due to damage or the possibility of it.
