In fact, our president is a twenty-five year member of the Lynbrook Fire Department and our general manager is currently serving as Assistant Chief in the Lynbrook Fire Department as well.

Cipco specializes in board-ups, tarping, temporary fencing, shoring, debris removal, winterizing/pump-outs, etc. We provide services for both residential and commercial properties, serving all of Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties as well as the five boroughs of New York City for over 32 years. In 2004 we expanded our service area to include central & northern New Jersey as well as Connecticut.
Owner Gerardo Curcio founded Cipco Boarding Co. in 1989 and has built the company around his strong belief in reliability and respect. Like all companies, Cipco started with modest beginnings but has since grown to become the industry leader, in the tri-state area. To date, Cipco has completed well over 60k jobs spanning all scopes of the industry.
Cipco strives to assist every customer with a high level of professionalism during high stress situations such as fires, weather-related occurrences, or any other issue that requires immediate attention. Protecting your property from further damage or vandalism is vital which is why we are on call 24/7, 365 days a year. Cipco has 12 mobile service units based in various locations to help shorten our response time to your emergency. Cipco is the largest board-up company in the tri-state area with the experience and know-how to handle any job, big or small, completing over 2500 jobs a year.
